i want to give more than 5 stars to this law firm. they are the best and a very good strategy. i just won my case and special thanks to Mr. Amer, he was my lawyer and provided a very good unbelievable strategy to win my case. thank you so much :)

Slow communication. Lack of response. No prompt support . I message them on a Friday and evening I get the message back what they can support. I stated my issue and I provide the documents mentioning several times I need advise. I understand during weekend might not get the answers, however is a lawyer and you expect prompt answer. They never sent an email as mentioned, I didn't make a payment because of lack of communication On Monday morning again I texted and ask for support, no answer from them or acknowledge. On the same day I got the mediation case and I had to present myself without lawyer. Again I messaged and asked the name of the person is handing the issue, no response. The response came in Tuesday morning after I told I will complaint. The person who responded said they don't have the documents. They do have as I sent everything . Totally lack of awareness and collaboration. I believe they measure the people based on how much they spend in a case . Put your minimum case charge on website and don't make people wait for you and lose a case. As a common person with medium standards I don't recommend this office.

Poor service. Refused to listen and could not understand the sensitivity of the issue. Follow up call with another receptionist was helpful, but decided to use another firm
