Very professional! I needed a legal opinion and I spoke with the lawyer Tony Malouli and he advised me on what to do with my case in a very professional way. He was very honest and supportive, and didn’t charge my anything so I really recommend this law firm to anyone looking for good lawyers in Dubai, like Mr.Tony.

Subject: Warning: Unpleasant Experience with Attorney Tony My highly disappointing experience with Attorney Tony. After utilizing his services, I am profoundly dissatisfied with the outcomes and the evident lack of professionalism. Regrettably, Mr. Tony's involvement was minimal, only surfacing to push for an upfront total fee payment and later rejecting a refund for an overpayment. To compound matters, my case was handled by an inexperienced intern. I strongly advise against approaching this firm and caution against trusting and making advance payments. Not only did Mr. Tony fail to effectively represent my legal matters, but there was also the misappropriation of funds. The rendered service did not justify the exorbitant fees I paid. Communication was disastrous, marked by a lack of transparency regarding costs and unprofessional conduct. This has severely damaged my trust in Attorney Tony and his team. Despite initially having confidence that my legal affairs were in competent hands, Tony and his team fell short of expectations, causing significant financial harm. This experience leaves a bitter taste, and I cannot recommend them. I plan to inform relevant authorities in Dubai and encourage others with similar experience to do the same. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for prospective clients, urging them to be wary of the questionable services offered by Attorney Tony and his team. Best regards, Britta Marianne

Dear Britta. We agreed with you on a discounted fee to file a complaint and case against a real estate broker you dealt with. We studied the file and prepared the complaint with the relevant documents and filed the complaint to the Dubai Land Department and had several meetings with their officials. They decided that this matter should be decided by the court. We informed you that we should proceed with a court case, and you refused accusing us that we did not use Wasta (personal connections and favors) at the Dubai Land Department, and demanded a refund, otherwise you will slander us in the newspapers and media, in a series of very aggressive emails. We advised you that using favors and personal connections with government employees is criminalized under UAE laws and making such a request to us is neither acceptable nor reasonable, and that your threats and actions to slander us in the media are considered a defamation under the UAE criminal law. Yet you carried on.
