**Beware of Poor Maintenance and Unprofessional Staff** If you're thinking about renting an apartment from this real estate office, be careful. Even though you sign a contract, the maintenance of the property isn't good. They don't take care of things well, and you'll have to keep reminding them to fix stuff. While I lived there, I had lots of problems, especially with the bathrooms. One had no water, and two others leaked. These issues made life really hard and the place almost unlivable. Also, the staff, especially our agent, were really mean and not professional at all. Dealing with him was like a bad dream. He made the already frustrating situation even worse. Overall, my experience with this real estate office was really disappointing. I'd tell anyone thinking of renting from them to check the property really well and think hard before signing anything.

There is zero maintenance for the apartment. If you contact them after two weeks of renting, they will tell you it’s your responsibility. The AC requires multiple repairs every now and then.
