I have been completely neglected as a client by this company. And they just threatened me to take legal action against me (THEIR CLIENT!!!) because i blamed them for neglecting me and telli them all their emails and updates are VAGUE AND DELAYED and requested to have a meeting with them!!! If it wasn’t sad it would be funny….. I have been nothing but patient for a year already, and during that time I had to REQUEST FOR AND UPDATE EVERY TIME, EVEN MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY GET BACK TO ME. AVERAGE REPLY TO MY EMAILS IS USUALLY BETWEEN 5-20 days!!! admin staff is absolutely incompetent, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I requested for the revoked power of attorney coz now I have to find another lawyer as theese ones want to sue me…..dear lord….. I will post their last email as evidence however if they start arguing I have all the others where It is obvious how i had to beg them to reply to me each time so i will post it all. Don’t bother replying Roya Al Awadi 0 stars
