After some initial emails, I met Jihad in his offices for a one on one session where he took me step by step through the process pertaining to my case, explaining the details but pausing to answer my questions in depth and reassuring me of the success of my case. After filing our case in April, Jihad and the case manager, worked extensively on it, and came up with a strategy that resulted in the victorious first judgement within 1 and half months which is a record for my knowledge for similar cases that I am aware off.
