Severe Deficiencies in Service & Professionalism Avoid: Zero Accountability, No Results, Full Fees Retained My experience with Mohammed Al Najar Advocate revealed critical failures in legal representation: 1. Non-Existent Communication: • Contact restricted solely to WhatsApp (unprofessional for legal services). • Ignored 90% of messages; meeting requests with my lawyer were consistently denied. 2. Misleading Commitments & Inaction: • Promised to "handle everything without causing headaches" but delivered **false hope**. • Passively accepted a Public Prosecutor denial without pursuing legal avenues to escalate my case to court. • I never met the judge or observed substantive efforts. 3. Unethical Financial Practices: • Retained full fees despite zero results. • Refused partial refund, citing "work done" (internal emails ≠ legal value). Conclusion: A pattern of neglect, unresponsiveness, and failure to deliver core legal services. They ignored concerns, avoided meetings, and prioritized fees over outcomes. Cannot ethically recommend. Potential clients risk financial loss with no recourse.
