I had a very disappointing experience with Stratix. I engaged this immigration consultancy for assistance with my Canada visa application. Unfortunately, the service was not delivered as promised. After payment and initial discussions, there was very limited follow-up. My visa was not obtained, and repeated attempts to contact them by phone and messages were unanswered. They kept pushing my file to agents in Oman when i clearly applied in Abudhabi branch. They were not ready to refund my amount as well. I understand that visa outcomes are never guaranteed, but the lack of communication and accountability was disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would recommend others to be cautious and ensure clear deliverables and communication expectations before proceeding.

I had a very frustrating experience with With Stratix (Praveen) I signed a migration agreement and paid a significant amount of money, but unfortunately, nothing happened. The communication was good only at the beginning, but it quickly turned into empty promises. I strongly recommend applying directly through the official web portal or seeking assistance from other consultants in the market. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

This is an official complaint letter addressed to your company. I’m expressing my frustration about this situation. I have written e-mails, contacted you through WhatsApp, and called your office numerous times already. No one has gotten back to me regarding the status of my application for SPNP and Express Entry for Canada. The last update I received was in January of this year then nothing else. My IELTS nearly expired in MARCH 2023 and up until now, nobody seemed to care to at least call me back or give me any feedback. After you closed your office here in Abu Dhabi it seemed that your company is nearly to file bankruptcy and just run off with my money which I blindly trusted you with. I am extremely disappointed with how your company handles your clients.

Number one Fraud run away from this consultancy. It’s like you give money to charity. They take your money by sweet talk and they don’t give you any result. I pay them almost AED7000 but More than three years and they could not arrange even one interview. Very unprofessional you have to do their job. Poor management if you send an email to them they don’t respond, you have to call them again and again to remind them for a response and they closed the branch here in Abu Dhabi without informing the clients and when you ask for refund it’s not coming back. I am reporting them as well.

This is totally a fake company. First they will make u to pay the money. After that they will not even bother to reply the clients. Who has taken money that person will never come front of you, after saying that you will get a refund after 1 year anytime. and they’ll simply say she or he left the company. In short I just wanna say they are fraud and doing scam in dubai openly as uae government always give access to this kind of fake people and companies. I have been cheated by this company and I advise never go with them for any kind of service. And as we all know UAE low never give justice to the people who are from other countries and will make victims to suffer more instead of giving justice. The lady who took my money was Gayatri don’t know it was her real name or fake. And the lady who is denying to refund me her name is Nipuna. Might be this also fake.

They should not be given a single star. They are big cheats in the maket. Their services are horrible. Please please please dont get trapped into their talks. We were advised by Sam that the process will be completed in 1 year because of our qualification and ielts score but all his promises are fake. They dont have any lawyers and they are total scam. After you pay money they will not respond to you. The create your profile in a pool so you are not aware of the process. Please avoid Stratix at all cost.

Scammers....! I believed in their upfront payment offer and fake promises and paid 10000 AED advance 3 years back. Once they get our money, they simply start ignoring our calls and request to meet in person. They are just a bunch of data entry operators who open an EE profile for free (30 minutes task) and once done, they just ignore our case completely. I am an IT Engineer with 7 years experience and IELTS band 8 since 2 years, but still they couldn't get me a Provincial Nomination which they promised to get in 6 to 8 months. And when I asked for a refund, they simply said they cannot. My advice - Dont pay even 10 fils upfront/advance.

I wish if there was a rating less than that! They are Fraud and scamming people, everyone has to be careful. Before paying the fees they were showing support and following up with my me on daily basis . After i paid for the service , they stopped responding to my emails or calls ... They closed the branch in Abu Dhabi and tried to call Dubai office but no response. I got to know that they have blocked the emails that belong to their clients. FRAUD !!!!!
